A qualified item should be returned unused, in the original packaging, and with any/all tags still attached. If you are returning an item due to a manufacturer defect (item will be inspected by the manufacturer) it should also be returned unused, in the original packaging and with all tags still attached. If warranted, customers can either be credited in the form in which the original payment was made or re-order the item. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Your items will be shipped with a return authorization slip. Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt.
